Our return policy:
Cancellations: accepted prior to shipping only.
Returns: Accepted within 14 days of receipt of item for full refund (purchase price less shipping). Items must be new and unopened. In the rare event of damage during shipment or a manufacturer's defect with the item, if notified within 7 days of receipt, we will replace the item or issue a refund (if item is not in stock). Refund will be purchase price and original shipping charges. Item must be returned in original condition as purchased.
Our shipping policy: (APO/FPO and International welcome)
All domestic items are shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail UNLESS otherwise noted at the bottom of the item description. Item ship within 2 business days of payment receipt. Delivery is estimated to be 2-3 business days (excluding holidays)from shipment date for the continental US. Items ship from Michigan.
International Shipments are via the US Postal Service First Class mail if under 4lbs, over 4 lbs will ship US Postal Service Priority International. If you have any questions regarding weight, please email prior to purchase.
Combined shipping: Our website is set up so that if you order more than one item, the shipping cost estimate in checkout reflects combined shipping discounts (based on the weights of the purchased items).
ALL PACKAGES WILL HAVE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TO ENSURE YOUR ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS.
