All our items are in brand new condition. We do not sell used toys. Our toys are quality products and we work hard to monitor toy recalls to ensure that no recalled item ever appears within our inventory. We only sell items in the condition in which we would like to receive them as a buyer. Occassionally, due to the fact that we often sell items that are no longer sold in stores and were manufactured more than 3 years ago, an item's box may occassionally show shelf wear (the products themselves are pristine). We will always indicate on our item descriptions if this is the case.

We us the US Postal service (with delivery confirmation) for delivery. Domestic Shipments: All items ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail UNLESS specifically noted in the item description. Priority mail estimates delivery to be 2-3 business days(excluding holidays) from ship date. Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska and APO/FPO will take longer. Should your item be specified as a Parcel Post delivery item, delivery is estimated 2-9 business days from shipment date. Generally, we will only ship larger items via Parcel Post and, again, will note so in the item descritption at the bottom. International: We welcome international buyers. If item is under 4lbs, we will ship international first class, over 4 lbs, International Priority.

Yes, and we never charge restocking fees! Returns: Accepted within 14 days of receipt of item for full item refund (purchase price less shipping). Items must be new and unopened. In the rare event of damage during shipment or a manufacturer's defect with the item, if notified within 7 days of receipt, we will replace the item or issue a refund (if item is not in stock). Refund will be purchase price and original shipping charges. Item must be returned in original condition as purchased. Buyer responsible for return shipping. We realize some purchases are for holiday gifts and will fall outside our return window. We will do our best to review and consider individual cases of request for return outside our return window. In this case, please email us directly. Your satisfaction is very important to us. All other terms of return will apply.

Yes. Our shipping costs are based on item weights. By purchasing more than one item, our shipping calculator will charge a shipping cost based on the combined weight of the items and not by adding the individual shipping costs for each item, thereby passing shipping discounts onto you, our customer.

From time to time, we will offer sales and coupon codes for our products. We will list them on our homepage during these times. Return customers will receive a 15% discount on their second order from us. Please email us prior to ordering for discount code.

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund. Please email us directly as soon as possible.
